In this article, we will learn how to write a Message.
Firstly, we will learn what is a Message? Then, we will look into the Format of the message, and finally, we will understand it with an example.

What is a Message?

A message is a short piece of information that you give to a person when you cannot speak to them directly.
It can be in written or oral or recorded form.

For example – Suppose your father went out for a morning walk. You get a call at home for your father from the office.
What will you do, you will ask the person if there is any information that needs to be conveyed to him.
The information that the person at the other end shares is called a message.
Now, suppose you want to go for your tuition class, what will you do, you will draft a message on a page and put it at a place where your father can look up.

This message is a short piece of information that you give to your father when you cannot speak to him directly.

MESSAGE WRITING

Format of message writing

There are five steps involved in it.

  1. First, create a rectangular box where you will draft your message.
    In the top middle, write in capital letter, “MESSAGE”
  2. Secondly, in the left-hand corner, write the date on which you are writing, and in the right-hand corner, write the time.
  3. After that in the next line, write the receiver’s name that is the name of the person for whom the message is being written.
    You may include salutation if required. It is not mandatory.
  4. Then comes the body of your message that is the actual information that needs to be communicated.
    It should be short, specific, and clear. The word limit is 50 words. So, stick to the word limit while writing any message.

5.Finally write the name of the person who has written the message.
